Eligible Returns
We will accept returns for items that are:

Any item that shows signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Process

Returns and exchanges can only be processed once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.

If the item received is damaged, used, or missing components, Pleasure Fashion reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request.
Free Gift Policy
If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned along with the product.
If the free gift is not returned:

A pro-rated deduction will be applied

This amount will be reduced from your refund or exchange value

Note:
Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories (such as innerwear, accessories, or items specified as non-returnable during purchase) are not eligible for return unless damaged during delivery.
